What it does

Invoice Inbox is an n8n invoice workflow for vendor invoices sitting in Gmail. It polls Gmail for invoice PDFs, reads vendor, amount, and due date with regex on the PDF text, and writes one Google Sheets row each. Status is logged. Nobody gets paid.

That is the whole job: Gmail invoice PDF to Google Sheets. A log of what arrived. Not a robot that pays it.

What it never does

It never pays a vendor. It never talks to a bank. It never creates a bill. It never emails the vendor. There is no auto-pay path in the pack.

If you already run QuickBooks Bills, Xero, or a bank feed, skip this.

Who it is for

Freelancers and tiny ops teams drowning in vendor PDFs. You live in Gmail and Google Sheets. You do not want AP software. You want a log of what arrived, and a Slack ping when the extract is shaky.
