Who it is for

Operators who will not watch the Executions tab, and who want a written log plus a heartbeat, not only a Slack ping. Especially Invoice Inbox or Lead Intake packs.

How to start

Unzip. The file is wisernage-tripwire-v1.0.0.zip. Import tripwire-error.json. Connect Sheets and Slack. Optional: Gmail draft to you. Activate it and set it as the Error workflow on each pack you care about. Import tripwire-heartbeat.json so a silent death still shows up. Paste the Schema CSV headers. Walk INSTALL. Run the fail-test sample.

Never pages clients

• Ops Slack only. Optional Gmail draft is to you, not a client.

Does not fix the failing workflow for you. Does not auto-retry in a loop. Slack-only ping is Fail Alert ($19). Full Gmail to Sheets is Invoice Inbox. Form to Sheets is Lead Intake.

Does Tripwire page clients?

No. Alerts go to your ops Slack only. The optional Gmail draft is to you, not a client. No on-call page. No LLM.

What does Tripwire write when a workflow fails?

One Google Sheets row and a ping to your ops Slack. Import tripwire-error.json, connect Sheets and Slack, and set it as the Error workflow on each pack you care about.

What is the Tripwire heartbeat?

tripwire-heartbeat.json. A silent death still shows up. Pair it with the error workflow so a pack that stops running is not invisible.

How is Tripwire different from Fail Alert?

Fail Alert ($19) is a Slack or Telegram ping with the execution URL. Tripwire ($29) also writes a Sheets log and includes a heartbeat. Neither pages clients or pays anyone.
